About Bio Degradable Packaging Product
These products are made from Renewable Resources coming from the up-stream activities.Cassava or Tapioca mainly grown in topical belt area usually harvested in about 7-8 months. These products are disposable after use and biodegrade in 28-35 days.The biodegradable product becomes fertilizer for plants or food for living organism in the soil. It is also edible by animals, poultry & aquatics. The finish product need to be coated with organic material for liquid foods. Research is on going.
Kneading,dough making & Moulding Product
The finish raw material (Premix) is then sent to the demo show room for molding. First premix is put into a kneading machine added with 50% distill water and rotated for above 45 minutes. Once a right texture of Dough is formed, it is transferred to a dough sizing machine. For example if we are making a 6” plates then we adjust the sizing machine to calibrate 22 grams per ball for one cavity. The calibrated ball dough is then put into a moulding machine and cured for about 60 - 70 seconds at a temperature around 180℃ to 200℃.
After the cured plates are removed for cooling for around one hour and the edges of the plates sides burse been trimmed. Then it is sent for packing & storage.That goes same to the Bio Cups.
